Terms and Conditions

1.     Buying is at your own risk.

2.     Sales are made on ' first come, first served ' basis.

3.     Serious buyers ONLY. Backouts are particularly restricted.

4.     Prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable.

5.     Strictly no last minute cancellations once order has been confirmed. Cash will 
not be refunded.

6.     Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may NOT correspond 100% to the items themselves. -We will not respond to complaints such as color difference, not nice as expected, size too small or too big, quality not as good as imagine, not the same as in the picture small stain, dislike the color and etc. 

7.     All sizes stated are best estimated in order to assist buyers in making decision. However, in case there is matter of item doesn't fit right, Lil' Minty Pop will hold no liability upon it.

8.     Shipping cost to be borne by buyers. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage fees unless stated.

9.     All items sold are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be entertained.

10.   Responsibility will not be held for any damage occurrence upon item(s) or lost of parcel during the process of delivery. High assurance of items is in good condition before it posted out.

11.  Delivery is scheduled specifically on Fridays, Saturdays, and Wednesdays only.

12.  Lil' Minty Pop deserves the right to amend the terms  and  condition from time to time.

Ready Stock 

      1.   All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.
2.   Once an order is confirmed, payment is expected within 48 hours.
